San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (‘SFMOMA’)

Many of the projects we collaborate on are full of artistry, this project takes that to a different level. We knew, as we installed, that our work would be a part of one of the most prestigious art spaces in California. It also included one of the most unique installations we have done to date.
The project combined pedestal pavers along the outside pathways of the building and a sweeping 2 story stair installation along the outside of the building. Each step weighed roughly 1000 pounds each. Each piece was placed with precision not just for the need of its safe installation but because each step was a unique size and was placed next to expansive sections of large custom panes of glass.
