Challenging patterns, changes in sizing, and color selection collectively added a unique finish to the common areas for both the retail and living spaces. Grand stairs and sweeping walkways provide a “bigger than” appearance for all who live in this urban center in the midst of Silicon Valley.
The project combined street-level accent paving transitioning to the majority of the 57,000 sq. ft. of concrete permeable unit pavers installed on a second-story podium creating a park-like setting. All living units face onto the “urban park site” allowing a community-type feel to the development.
