Catarino is an expert at complex projects, but his main focus is developing talent in his team. He is the ‘bar of excellence’ that leads our field with safety, quality and professionalism. His inquisitive nature and innate ability to read people are talents that have served him well in the decades he has worked at EPD. He embodies the term “humbly proud,” which is his special talent both with our customers and within our company. We are honored to see his growth in the industry.
