We believe growth accelerates with integrity and innovation – and it can be infectious. We have been in business for 36 years. The Great Recession was a game changer. At that time, we invested in growth rather than survival. It was a gamble that continues to pay off. As every subsequent success accumulated, thirst for success became infectious within our company. We pushed and continue to push higher. As a result, our competitive differentiation continues to widen with a strong focus on our main drivers –  integrity and innovation.

High demand certainly contributed to our growth. Our reputation for delivering quality on time and with demonstrated sustainable performance helps us grow our market share and create opportunities for our employees. We have so many continuing growth opportunities! The sheer demand for construction services is enough to continue growth for most. However we are not solely focused on the construction phase of a project, but rather the entire life of the project – or its ‘sustainable performance’. By being focused on sustainable performance (idea conception through ongoing use), we can add value by increasing the life of the project and as a result increasing the ROI for our customers. We do this by elevating conversations in all aspects to encompass the entire life of the project and with a keen eye toward that project’s future use and sustainability. Our biggest opportunity for growth over the next year is in increasing these collaborative efforts, specifically with architects and property managers in order to spur more awareness and support overall market growth – not just our market share.
