During the conceptual document and design drawing stages, EPD can provide budgetary pricing and guidance. We can reduce your time and increase success by providing reliable costs, identifying scope gap, and lending our deep knowledge of ICPI and manufacturing standards.
PRECONSTRUCTION RESOURCE
We invest in people and knowledge to build partner confidence by providing planning resources to reduce your effort in managing us. We identify project issues before they become project problems; managing manufacturers to support their performance; having industry specific project management personnel; and, again, vast experience in our craft.
INSTALLATION PROJECT SUCCESS
When we walk onto your site we are there to deliver. We deliver by employing dedicated project management with over 40 years of experience; ICPI certified installers with an average foreman’s tenure of over a decade with EPD; not to mention over 35 years of timely installations with little to no punch list or warranty issues.

Staying Safe Throughout
As a company, nothing is more important to us than the mutual respect and care we have for each other. Safety is, of course, paramount to protecting this. All of our foremen are OSHA 30 Hour certified and First Aid trained. We have policies and procedures to support the crucial requirements outlined by OSHA. But more than that, we demand more of ourselves. We employ third party safety specialists to keep us learning and evolving. We search out new equipment to compliment and improve our safety standards. Most importantly, we cultivate and protect our safety culture.
