Maintenance
Properly maintaining your unit paver system will increase the ongoing performance of the interlocking system which can prevent costly future repairs, identify and correct potential safety hazards with displaced pavers from use, and enhance the beauty by routine cleaning. Think of our Scheduled Maintenance as your paver ‘Dentist.’ We prefer to prevent issues rather than fix larger ones.

Repair
Sometimes repairs are necessary, however. Whether from an accident or a planned change, one of the benefits of a unit paver system is the ability to repair a small area of a larger system virtually seamlessly. This benefit doesn’t exist with other hardscape solutions. Having a vast network of manufacturers and knowledge, we can identify the necessary materials after salvaging from the existing system and repair with ICPI standards to maximize the life of the repair and overall system.
Restoration
Over time, it may be necessary for a full restoration of the system. We have been engaged for Historic Restorations, restorations as a part of a larger LEED project, and restorations due to the overall lack of maintenance over time. As with our Repairs, our Restorations are with ICPI standards to maximize the performance of the system and with great care to restore the system to its original design.

Our MRR products include an inspection of your site, communication of our findings, and a recommendation of next steps or possible course of action. We provide direction about the best products to clean and seal your pavers, we will bid for any areas of repair work, and provide guidance for budgetary purposes.
